At Bare-Bare we worship the product. We only acquire top quality raw material. The close relationship with our collaborators in the different markets and fish markets guarantees us the best selection of seafood and fish every day, offering our customers a fresh and natural product in the best conditions. Oysters, lobster, scallops, crayfish, prawns, spider crab, sea bream, sole, squid are some of the products that come daily to our kitchens.<\/p>

In addition, our menu is completed with seasonal products from the garden (artichokes, pods, asparagus, piparras, mushrooms…), Ib\u00e9ricos de Guijuelo and a careful selection of meats among which highlights the chulet\u00f3n de viejo and lamb chops.<\/p>\t <\/div>
