Oysters, lobster, scallops, crayfish, prawns, spider crab, sea bream, sole, squid are some of the products that come daily to our kitchens.

In addition, our menu is completed with seasonal products from the garden (artichokes, pods, asparagus, piparras, mushrooms…), Ibéricos de Guijuelo and a careful selection of meats among which highlights the chuletón de viejo and lamb chops.
